Wellfield Precision are situated in East Lancashire two miles from the M65 motorway.Established in 1967 we provide a precision machining and assembly service with a reputation for quality and delivery. Operating in 14000 sq feet of factory space we have a range of both CNC and conventional machine tools and a work force of highly skilled engineers.

Our business has been built on reputation underpinned with a proven quality system and a committed approach to customer satisfaction.Over the 41 years since the company was founded we have been involved in many projects in different industries listed below. We have been a leading precision engineering company in Blackburn Lancashire since 1967 providing CNC turning, CNC milling,surface grinding,cylindrical grinding,honing,and spark erosion services.As a contract manufacturing company in the precision engineering industry we have always seen the importance of quality and our investment Mitutoyo co ordinate measuring technology has enhanced our position.Customers can have hard copy reports to verify the dimensional accuracy of their components.The CNC section is supported by Camtek CAM software for off line programming and communications.

We also understand that cost and remaining competitive will always be important particularly with low cost suppliers from other parts of the world competing fiercely with the UK sub contract industry.We have seen some customers reassessing their position and moving work back to the UK based on quality,service and stability of supply.Our job is to make life easier for the customer in terms of travel ,control, and delivery costs and will work closely with them to ensure the UK compete.The price gap is closing and we will try where possible to meet customers overall cost of supply targets over the medium to long term.
